With the accidental addition and removal of a release window for Street Fighter V on PS4 and PC, a Capcom blog just let loose a rocket.

During the rush of a busy and fun PAX East 2015 weekend Capcom-Unity accidentally released the window when we can expect to see Street Fighter V come to market. Ready for stores some time in Spring of 2016, quotable proof of this release date has been pulled from this Capcom blog.

Letting it slip with the discussion of some fun new Street Fighter merchandise, here’s the quote in full:

“Everyone is fired up for Street Fighter 5 coming to the PS4 and PC next Spring. Until then, you can sport the official SF5 key art T-shirt, which features Ryu in a heroic pose, for $25.”

While Capcom could adjust this release date at any time, at least we’ve got a fresh idea as to when the title could come to market. Street Fighter V will not come to Xbox platforms or Nintendo systems, as it is exclusive cross-platform compatible with PS4 and PC.
